Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using zergo.co (the “Site”) operated by Zergo Co., Ltd. (“Zergo”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is intended for informational purposes and to facilitate enquiries about Zergo’s NBTC certification services. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, interfere with its operation, or transmit any harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and layout — is the property of Zergo or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. The informational content on this Site — including guides, articles, and the certification checker tool — is provided for general reference only. It does not constitute regulatory, legal, or professional advice and should not be relied upon as such. Please refer to our Disclaimer for further information.

4. Service Engagements

Any engagement with Zergo for NBTC certification services is governed by a separate service agreement entered into between Zergo and the client. These Terms do not constitute or modify any such agreement. For information on how we work with clients, see our Service Policy.

5. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including official NBTC resources. These links are provided for convenience only. Zergo has no control over the content of third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zergo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or reliance on any information contained herein. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the greater of THB 1,000 or amounts paid by you to Zergo in the twelve months preceding the claim.

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

Zergo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date indicates when changes were last made. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
